A funnel is obviously the answer, but if you haven't got one the next best thing is to cut a hole in the bottom of a plastic yogurt pot, put the pot over the jar you need to fill and hey presto the seed ends up in the jar and not all over your kitchen.&lt;br&gt;This also works with any other dried foods and is one less plastic item for the bin.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description><pubDate>Thu, 17 Apr 2008 12:56:03 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>alex</dc:creator></item></channel></rss>
