| I love Yiddish words like schlep, schmooze and klutz. Schmaltz is another good one, and apparently comes from 'dripping' or 'lard'! Has anyone else got a favourite Yiddish word, or any other type of word for that matter!

| I like chutzpah - it translates as kind of negative - as in shameless impudence. But I like to use it more as a positive attribute - as in confidence/ a fearless attitude.

| Yep, chutzpah is a good one. One of those words that is really useful because it doesn't seem to have a direct equivalent in English. Some German words are good like that – schadenfreude, for instance. There's no one word in English, I reckon, that can get the full meaning of that across. Helps the Germans that they're allowed to join words together to make a bigger one!
